At my heaviest I weighed 215 lbs with the help, love and support of Discover Fitness, I lost over 100 lbs and became a national level fitness athlete.  I'm now a coach for DF and help others like you and me to reach their full potential.  A healthy lifestyle helped me fight depression, thyroid disease and so many other little health issues that came with being overweight ... I now live a healthy and active lifestyle, and thrive to take on any physical challenge thrown my way.  DF changed my life, it can also change yours!

LISA TREMBLAY

It all started out as childhood obesity.  Throughout my life, I tried different diets and exercise regimens to lose the weight but struggled to keep it off.  In March of 2015, I walked through the doors of Discover Fitness with Kate Durst and have never looked back!  A week short of being 72 years old, I took home gold in the grand masters in physique at the GNC Natural Competition.  I never would have made it this far without the amazing people at Discover Fitness.

SHIRLEY ROY

I weighed 195 pounds when I joined Discover Fitness.  The weight gradually came off.  Over the years my strength has increased and my stamina.  I suffer with Osteoarthritis. My biggest achievement is running seven 5k races and came in the top 10 for my age group in 5 of the races I ran.  Age is just a number, you are never too old or young to start.  For anyone that's struggling, believe in yourself, surround yourself with a good support group.  Mine has been my family at Discover Fitness.
