Discover Fitness-Discover Performance (hereafter referred to as “DF-DP”) services are not a substitute for professional medical advice or a medical examination. Prior to participation in any program, activity or exercise, you should seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health care professional.

Waiver

I agree that DF-DP shall not be liable to any direct, indirect, special consequential or exemplary damages for any injury or harm to myself incurred by participating in the online classes offered on the DiscoverFitness.ca website. I willingly assume full responsibility and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from my participation in my activity or class facilitated by DF-DP.

Release

In consideration of the above mentioned risks and hazards and in consideration of the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities available on the discoverfitness.ca website, I hereby release DF-DP, their principals, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in activities, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties.

Acceptance

By going ahead and purchasing access to the online classes, I do hereby verify that the above information is true and correct. I have read and understand the foregoing and it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any personal and damage to property caused by me. I understand that by proceeding and purchasing access to the online classes, I am waiving valuable legal rights, including the right to sue.
